Yoga - for The Ordinary Human:

Crane & Crow yoga is for those who are intimidated with jumping into a traditional yoga setting - whether you lack flexibility, feel bashful about your level of coordination, or simply don't trust your ability to get off of the floor once you worked so hard to get down there... it happens to the best of us.

Don't own a man? No problem! Come as you are - we have everything you could need to participate in a class, including every prop to adapt to what your body is able to to achieve that day. Whether the goal is to gain flexibility and mobility, or to destress and reconnect - anyone is welcome. 

 

A note from the studio: Please leave any open - container beverages downstairs in the cubby room, and arrive a few minutes early to set up your space and gather any props needed for your class. If there are any injuries or physical limitations, please inform the instructor so that modifications can be made to keep you safe!

  • 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. ---------- Vin to Yin
  • 11:00 a.m.  -  12:00 p.m. -------- Fascial Flow
